How do I create a Perch profile?

Sign up at tryperch.app, complete the profile creation flow, and your shareable profile link will be ready in minutes. You will enter your income, employment, and credit score range as part of the flow.

Is my personal information secure?

Yes. Perch uses industry-standard practices to protect your account. We only show your profile to people you share your link with, or to landlords when you apply to a listing on Perch. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I update my profile after creating it?

Absolutely. Log into your dashboard at any time to update your income, employment status, move-in date, or any other details. Your shareable link stays the same.

How do I share my profile with a landlord?

From your dashboard, copy your unique Perch link and send it to any landlord. They can open it in a browser in seconds. No app needed on their end.

What if I need to delete my account?

You can request account deletion at any time by emailing us at hello@tryperch.app. We'll remove your data within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

I'm a landlord. How do I get access?

Perch for landlords is currently in early access. Visit the landlords page to join the waitlist and we'll reach out personally when we're ready for you.
